SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A shipping and handling charge will automatically be added to all orders when checking out.  Allow 7 to 10 business days (excluding holidays) to receive stock merchandise items (e.g. Book, Bookmark, T-shirt, Cap, Glossy/Laminated Poem, Pen, Fan, and Notebook Kit).  Allow 4 weeks (excluding holidays) to receive Custom Made Frames, and special order requests.  Merchandise will be shipped via USPS or UPS.  For additional questions, please contact Customer Service at:

International orders, including orders to Alaska and Canada via USPS Media Mail, cannot be tracked or insured. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail take approximately 2-4 weeks to ship, unless otherwise specified. Orders to Canada depend on UPS Canada Ground Delivery Terms. (Note: add an additional 2-weeks for Custom Made Frames and special order requests)

 

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and cannot be canceled or changed.  Merchandise is non-refundable.  Please double-check all shipping/billing addresses, quantities, and sizes, before submitting your order.  For additional questions please contact Customer Service at: 1-269-277-2800, during normal business hours.

 

RETURN POLICY: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, therefore, we ask that you check with customer service when placing an order that requires a size.  Due to the nature of our business, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed.  Merchandise is non-returnable.  All merchandise will be shipped via USPS or UPS.  For further information, please contact Customer Service at: 1-269-277-2800, during normal business hours.  Please note that all merchandise is inspected thoroughly, prior to being shipped.  Our aim is to deliver only quality merchandise!  If T-Ella Creations find that a return is necessary, it must be approved by a customer service representative, and merchandise must be returned in original packaging.  Customer is responsible for return shipment, and must ship using a carrier that provides tracking numbers and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS or FEDEX. T-Ella Creations cannot be responsible for product lost by the carrier. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted, and it will be returned to sender.
